After getting sober in 2011, Dave committed his life and career to the behavioral health field, building a reputation as a passionate advocate for those navigating recovery and mental health challenges. His professional journey includes serving in multiple C-suite roles at addiction treatment and mental health facilities across the country, where he helped strengthen programs, build high-performing teams, and expand access to quality care.
