I’ve been in recruiting for about a decade, mostly working with leaders who care about hiring the right way and candidates who just want to be understood. Over time, I kept seeing the same disconnect: really good people getting boiled down to résumés, and hiring decisions being made with way less context than they deserve.
I started Future State Careers to focus on the human side of recruiting... better conversations, better questions, and fewer assumptions. More recently, I’ve been building WholeStory.me as a way for people to share more of who they actually are, not just what fits on a page.
I’m not big on buzzwords or shortcuts. I just enjoy working with people, helping them think more clearly about hiring, and making the process feel more honest for everyone involved.
