Benjamin Mena is incredibly knowledgeable and the most connected recruiter in the space. After following him for some time, I had the incredible honor and privilege of being on his podcast as well. This has been a game-changer for me personally and professionally and has elevated my business and relationships to a whole other level. This podcast will make you elite and will connect you with the best of the best in the space.

It was a pleasure joining Benjamin on one of his podcast episodes. He brings so much enthusiasm to the subject of recruitment, as well as insightful questions and follow up discussions.

Ben is masterful at how he pulls information out. Every single guest drops amazing information and tips and Ben doesn’t get in the way of them talking but keeps them on track to make sure you get the most out of every podcast. They must listen. I don’t care if you’re a new recruiter or a dinosaur like me. There’s so much to learn from all the guests on his podcasts.

Ben is a testament to a recruiter who is always learning, getting better and surrounding himself with the best in their field and it shows. He’s a gracious, knowledgeable host who’s only interest is serving his audience with the best winning strategies from other elite recruiters.
