When I started The Elite Recruiter Podcast in January 2021, the goal was simple: get the best recruiters in the world to explain what they actually do. No fluff. No frameworks for sale. The real mechanics of big desks and well-run firms.

- A substance score of 78 out of 100, higher than 93% of the shows they track
Why it scored where it did
The index scored the show based on a recent episode, my conversation with Danny Cahill. It rated the episode highest on guest caliber and originality.
Their reasoning is exactly why I book the guests I book. They pointed to Danny's roughly 40 years as a working practitioner: someone who built a real recruiting firm, developed his own business models, and trained executive search firms, with mentorship results tied to real people.
