A recruiter might use one platform for sourcing, another for meeting notes, and another as the CRM. Even when those tools are integrated, there is no guarantee that every piece of information has transferred correctly.
That creates a context problem.
An AI agent cannot accurately warn you that a job is moving in the wrong direction or recommend five suitable candidates every morning when the information it needs is scattered across multiple systems.
The next stage of recruitment technology may be less about adding more individual tools and more about creating unified platforms where AI can access the full context surrounding every candidate, client, and job.
