Mary is an executive recruiter at Cardea Group, specializing in Legal and Compliance search across the asset management industry. She partners with private equity firms, hedge funds, credit platforms, investment managers, and other financial institutions to identify and attract talent at all levels.
Since joining Cardea, Mary has developed deep expertise in the Legal and Compliance market and built strong relationships with both clients and candidates across the industry. She takes a highly relationship-driven approach to recruiting, serving as a trusted advisor to the people that she works with.
Mary graduated magna cum laude from Bentley University with a Bachelor of Science in Management, concentrating in Human Resources with a minor in Finance. A former college athlete, she was named Bentley University’s Female Athlete of the Year in 2022–23.
